I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003. After serving the community for years as an EMT-Paramedic in South Mississippi, I attended Mississippi College School of Law and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence.
While attending law school, I focused many classes in constitutional law and domestic relations. I was a contributing writer to the Legal Eye, Mississippi College School of Law’s student newspaper.
My final semester at MC was spent in Laurel, MS, as an extern for Judge Billy J. Landrum of the 18th Judicial District in Jones County, Mississippi. During that externship, I worked closely with the Chancery Court in Jones county on handling domestic relations matters.
This extern placement allowed me the opportunity to network with countless legal professionals, invaluable in my law practice.
Throughout my academic career, I was also a mother and remained active in Emergency Medical Services.
I understand the pressures and privileges that come with loving and supporting a family and the unique issues associated with it.
I will use all these personal, academic, and professional experiences to aid each client and be your aggressive, yet compassionate advocate.
